Each year, the Flinn Foundation Bioscience Entrepreneurship Program offers funding, professional support, connections, and networking opportunities to Arizona early-stage bioscience companies. This year, the program is piloting a new format as we await an update of Arizona’s Bioscience Roadmap that will extend beyond 2025.  

Of the applicants, 10 finalist companies will be selected for interviews, of which two will be awarded up to $100,000 each in project costs, professional development, and consulting services administered through Arizona Bioindustry Association. The remaining eight companies may elect to work with the Flinn Foundation to leverage the benefits of our network and advisors to advance their companies’ progress over the 12-month period.

Nov. 18, 2024: Virtual Group Office Hours (1-2 p.m.)
Dec. 2–4, 2024: Virtual 1:1 Office Hours, by appointment
Dec. 5, 2024: Live Biopreneur Storytellers Event at Venture Café Phoenix
Dec. 16, 2024: Application deadline (5 p.m.)
Jan. 24, 2025: Finalists notified
Early February 2025: In-person finalist pitches
Late February 2025: Selected companies notified
